Mission Statement:

It is C.O.R.E.'s belief and enduring philosophy that the risk of secondary complications and degenerative changes that typically follow disability may be prevented and/or significantly reduced if exercise became an important part of the daily routine of every disabled individual following the release from medical intervention. Additionally, the concept of extended care through specially designed exercise programs is critical for continued improvement in functional movement and independent skills, ultimately enabling the affected individual to return as a productive member of society.
C.O.R.E. is committed to changing perceptions regarding the ongoing treatment and management of catastrophic injury and chronic conditions. C.O.R.E. is a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with unique and specialized equipment, providing low cost integrated, structural, personalized and progressive evaluations, treatment plans, and education to help improve function, independence, and self-efficacy.
It is our goal to provide special need individuals the opportunity to improve the quality of their life by opening C.O.R.E. facilities, which are not only feasible but accessible, in every major city nationwide.
